Faleomavega colludes to overthrow government

Wow. There has been a buzz around Washington about how Faleomavaega abused his authority as a subcommittee chairman to try to rig a hearing in favor of the opposition to the current government of the Marshall Islands before full committee chairman Tom Lantos stepped in to put a stop to it.
